RAW MATERIAL

The most important component that determines the final quality of the finished product is Raw Material. Technically sound Quality Department of Orion Yarns Pakistan, always be in adjoin with the sourcing divisions of Shippers to be updated about Raw Material Stock and make sure the highest standard quality raw material against our orders to make sure quality of the product as per customer-defined application.

MACHINERY

We always Endeavour to deliver best quality products to our valuable customers and we are always available to solve their queries to ensure customer satisfaction for which we keep ourselves / Shipper updated with the latest changes in manufacturing procedures to understand the underlying difference in the quality of yarns. We also inform our buyers regarding the current quality levels, norms being followed by various suppliers, comparing their qualities from time to time hence giving the buyer an updated overview of the textile industry.

SHIPPING

We believe that in time conveyance be based on the discrepant free documentation of the shipment. So to avoid any deferrals in appropriation, our export dept follow up with shipper and check the docs / reports as per customer instructions and keeps a complete record. Additionally, we witnessed that the documentation must be transformed is absolutely as per the customer’s directions.
